An abrasion resistant toe overlay, padded collar and tongue and a full lace-up front with quick pull webbing lace loops offer a comfortable fit. Soft mesh lining and cushioning insole. Shock absorbing midsole, traction patterned outsole. Masai Barefoot Technology(R) simulates barefoot walking for improved gait and fitness. You may wish to size up 1/2 size for best fit.

I would recommend anyone to buy a pair of MBT shoes. You just have to get them a half size larger than your normal size.
