I bought an MBT sandal earlier this year and fell in love with the way it makes my legs feel when I walk. I wear the sandals for a 2 mile walk every morning. As fall approaches I wanted very badly to have a pair of closed MBT shoes, but my size is ladies' 11 and my foot is narrow.

I am now back to three miles a day with no knee or foot pain to speak of and no orthotics. I bought the model with the orange trim very cool for a senior

This one is particularly good for my feet! It's also springy which helps lower my pain, too. I tried the Skechers version of this kind of shoe and my feet rolled in terribly in all of them. There's no question for me that MBT are worth the money. I haven't worn anything else for 2 years now!
