You and your body will be glad you buy MBT shoes. Hip and knee problems seem to disappear when I wear them.

Some people think they are kind of ugly but in recent years they are getting better looking and not so bulky looking. They look really cute with my sweats.

MBTs reduced my heel spur and knee joint pain tremendously, but this is one shoe I would get sized at a local shoe store and then purchase online.
