It takes about a week to get used to MBT's if one doesn't get too tired wearing them. The longer one wears them in any given day, the less time it will take to develop the correct muscles.

These shoes are well worth the money. The sizes run a bit small so you should order a half size up. Most comfortable shoes I have EVER worn.

These mbt sport shoes seems ugly but they make my feet so comfortable. They are about the only shoes I wear that keep my feet from hurting.
