It took me about thirty minutes to get use to balancing. I do not have any problems with swelling in my feet and ankles now except if I sit too long.

I do wish they were a bit lighter but the weight is probably the price we pay for their many unique and beneficial features.

I have a pair of mbt shoes that I never took off all summer. They just seemed to soothe my back.

These MBT's are taking a little longer to adjust to and they are a little more snug on my WIDE feet but they are still quite comfortable and I don t have any foot pain when I am wearing them. I definitely recommend ordering a full size larger in this shoe.

Love the shoes. Don't know if they will really help the back, etc. but they are good shoes and I am enjoying them. They arrived sooner than expected and in great packaging. Thanks!

I wear them all of the time,nice shoes. Very quick delivery. Will do business again. they are extremely comfortable. I plan to buy a few more pairs in other colors.
